Terms

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and us when you download, buy or use Spairo. We have kept it short and readable.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Who we are

Spairo and spairo.app are provided by Craft Lab, SLU (NIF B42627893, VAT ESB42627893), Calle Leonardo Da Vinci 12A, Nave 8, 03203 Elche, Alicante, Spain. Contact: info@spairo.app. By downloading or using Spairo you accept these terms.

2. Plans

  • Free: full analysis and every view, plus up to 5 GB of cleanup in total.
  • Personal: unlimited cleanup and all paid features on up to 2 Macs.
  • Family: the same on up to 5 Macs.

Paid plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically.

3. Your license

Spairo is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the number of Macs your plan covers. You may not share, publish or resell your license key, remove or bypass the license checks, or redistribute the app. The software and its design remain our property.

4. Activation

A paid license must be activated online on each Mac. The app checks in with our server every few days and keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection. You manage your Macs yourself in Settings›License: deactivate one to free its seat for another. The Privacy Policy describes the data activation sends.

5. Price, updates and renewals

The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, which is handled by Stripe. Each purchase includes 12 months of updates. After that, Spairo keeps working forever with the features you bought, on the versions released within your update period; versions released later run as the Free plan unless you renew. Renewing for another 12 months is optional and costs 50% of the plan’s price.

6. Refunds

If Spairo is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase at support and we will return your money in full, no questions asked. The license is then deactivated. This guarantee is in addition to any rights consumer law gives you, including the statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

7. Using Spairo responsibly

Spairo shows you what takes up space and marks each item as safe, to review or protected, but you decide what gets removed. Cleaned items go to the Trash and can be restored from the cleanup history until you empty it; caches that apps regenerate on their own are removed directly. Review what you select, keep backups of anything important, and do not rely on Spairo as your only safeguard for your data.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Spairo safe and accurate, but software is never free of errors, and we provide it “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data caused by removing files with the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

9. Suspension

We may revoke a license that was obtained by fraud, charged back or refunded, or whose key has been shared or published. If you breach these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the paid features.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version published here on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to it; changes that affect you significantly will be announced on this page.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Elche (Alicante), Spain, have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

12. Trademarks

Mac, macOS and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spairo is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
